The delivery timeframe is as specified on the individual product page. During our busiest times the dispatch and delivery period will vary slightly but rest assured you will be contacted by our customer service team with all the updates.

The Email updates you will receive are:

• First confirmation on purchase - As soon as you place the order, we will send out an email confirming we have received this

• Up on Dispatched - you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a time of how long shipping will take and tracking information to follow.

All deliveries are delivered on a pallet and are classed as curb side. We do not offer a service to deliver the goods into the customers garden as we are not insured for this.

We always advise that you provide a mobile number and that you are available on the day of the delivery. In the case of any queries on the day of the delivery our customer service team are available Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm to assist. If a delivery attempt has been made and the customer has not been available to accept the order, you, the customer, will be charged for the failed delivery and the subsequent redelivery attempt. If a furniture delivery is booked with yourself and confirmed and you are not there to receive it, we reserve the right to charge you a minimum charge of £50 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
