If you are ordering a pre-order item, you will have the option to pay a 25% deposit upon ordering, with the remaining balance to be paid before delivery. Alternatively, you can pay in full from the beginning so you don’t have to worry about that balance later on! 

All orders for in stock items require a full payment upon ordering. 

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (including AMEX), Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received in full.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange the cushions from a different set as they are personalised for that range.

Yes. The rattan sets are waterproof, but we always advise to store it in the shed or invest in a protective cover that can be placed over the furniture at any time, protecting it from the rain, snow, UV rays and anything else that could harm it if left exposed for too long.

Unfortunately, all our sofa sets are boxed as a package, which means we are unable to sell any of the outdoor furniture separately at this time.

We are proud to offer an extensive range of luxury, outdoor fabric furniture. Any items from this range can be left outside 365 days a year, uncovered!

Yes. Majority of our sofa sets are flat packed; however some do not require assembly. This will be shown in the product description.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and it will be clearly stated on each product page.

All our products are delivered free of charge to mainland UK postcodes. All excluded post codes can be found on Shipping & Returns page.
